Electronic Card Management

Crosrol have introduced a field change kit to replace the older card management equipment on MK5 , MK4.5 , MK4 cards.
Using Siemens S7-300 Series PLC technology and full colour  touch screens (as used in the MK7 card) the new controller offers significantly superior processing speeds, which aid Autolevelling response times, accuracy and reliability.

Features include:

• Siemens S7 PLC fast processing speeds with Full colour operating screen with Fault indication
• Sliver weight control - showing all parameters
• Graphical CV - present and historical for multiple sliver lengths
• Roller and Flat operating speeds can be set and viewed as required
• Password protection and full instructions.
• Integration with new Chute feeds and Dial In Taker in  for improvements in short and mid term levelling

Chute Feed

Crosrol  Chute feeds to replace lap feed on all Crosrol cards and for all other 1000mm wide cards from other manufacturers

Coilers

Crosrol supply new planetary coilers from 600mm to 1000mm diameter. Suitable for all coiling requirements on other manufacturers cards

Web belts

Crosrol supply new web belts for MK5 and MK4 cards to improve productivity and sliver quality
